Financial Reports
Preparation of your monthly, quarterly and/or annual financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows)
Bank Reconciliation
Monthly reconciliation of your bank accounts to ensure that you are using the most accurate bank balances and to ensure that deposits and withdrawals are recorded accurately.
Sales Tax Returns
Most retail businesses are required to prepare and file quarterly (sometimes monthly) sales tax returns with the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration. We will take this task and make your life simpler.
Payroll Preparation
We can prepare your payroll, direct deposit paychecks, file payroll tax returns, prepare and distribute W2s.
Returns Information Returns
Information returns are required by the IRS. There are penalties for failing to file and failing to file on time. The IRS is now requiring electronic filing of W2s and 1099s for most companies.

Accounts Receivable
Track sales through your Accounts Receivable and know who owes you money, how much they owe you, and when you should receive payment. Track slow paying customers to know who to extend credit to, and for how long.
CONSULTATIONS
We provide consultations so that you understand the reports you receive and so that we can identify any areas that your business may be able to improve performance. Consultations can be in-person or virtual.
TRAINING
Many small businesses prefer to use QuickBooks, Xero, or another accounting program to do their books on their own. We are here to train and assist you in accomplishing this. Virtual or in-person training is available.

In addition to training, we offer a periodic review of your books to ensure you are on the right track.
